Finally, I saw the beautiful wild flowers here in South Africa. Every year, August / September, are the months to admire the wild flowers. We drove up to the West Coast National Park, only an hour’s drive from Cape Town and entered the Postberg Nature Reserve. It was a stunning Sunday, beautiful sunshine, so the flowers were open and could be enjoyed. We were not the only ones that decided to drive up that Sunday. I’m still trying to figure out how I can add pictures to my blog or somehow link it to Flickr so I can show you all the amazing places I go. The REAL flower area is a bit further up north, called Namaqualand. Fields of colourfull daisies, Beautiful!
